A very special thank you to our hard-working Working Group Chairs!

Moderator Peggy Schultz stepped the Core Services team through a process called After Action Review (AAR). The AAR was an interactive process, designed to allow the collective teams to take stock, exchange insights and identify the areas that are working as well as those areas which did not work from the perspective of everyone involved.

The outcome of the AAR process will inform the Toronto Lead Agency Work Plan for Year 2. Peggy’s final report will be shared with Core Services Agencies.
