IMPORTANT NOTICE – COVID-19 SERVICE DISRUPTION
East Metro Youth Services has made the difficult decision to close services in our offices for the following programs until April 5, 2020 to help reduce the spread of the Coronavirus/COVID-19:
- Office-based Clinical services
- All Developmental Services programs
- The Zone and related group programs
Where feasible, we will be delivering services to clients by telephone or online. All community, home-based and walk-in services will also be provided by telephone or online, where feasible. Residential services will remain in operation.
If you are a new client, please call 416-438-3697 extension 0. We will take your information and will follow-up to book an appointment when service resumes.
If you are an existing client, please call the same number to reach your current service provider.
We are delivering phone counselling through the what’s up walk in. To access the walk-in service, please call 416-438-3697, press 1 and than 0 to speak to the receptionist. The walk-in hours are Monday-Thursday 2pm-8pm, last appointment at 6:30pm and Friday 10am-5pm last appointment 3:30pm.
We will continue to monitor the evolving COVID-19 situation and take actions, as necessary, to maintain the health and safety of our clients and service providers in line with public health advice and best practices.
