Case Management
East Metro Youth Services is well-known for its many long-standing partnerships with other mental health centres, hospitals, schools, community centres, probation offices, and child protection services. A case manager, or service coordinator, is assigned at the time of initial contact to help the client sort through the array of treatment options, and to ensure the continuity, coordination, and timeliness of treatment for all those under our care.

Should there be a wait for services, clients and families are encouraged to maintain contact with their case manager, in case there are significant events that might have an impact on their needs.

Finally, the case manager can make referrals that might be needed when EMYS treatment is ending.
