what’s up walk-in®


We have two walk-in clinics available to help meet your needs.


Our walk-in clinics are a FREE mental health and addictions counselling service for youth and families to help with issues like depression, bullying, sexual identity, behavioural concerns …or anything else that’s on your mind.

 Hours (May 2018)

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 2 – 8pm (last session 6:30pm)

Tuesday, Friday: 10am – 5pm (last session 3:30pm)

Saturday: 10am – 2pm (last session 12:30pm)

  • No health card or appointment required
  • Barrier free and accessible
  • Offered in a variety of languages including Tamil, Dari/Farsi and Hindi at specific times
