‘what’s up’ walk-in® Clinic

Depressed? Bullied? Anxious?

Feeling suicidal? Coming out? Feel like you don’t fit in?

‘what’s up’ Walk In® Clinic is a FREE mental health and addictions counselling service for youth and families to help with issues like depression, bullying, sexual identity, behavioural concerns …or anything else that’s on your mind.


Our ‘what’s up’ walk-in® counselling clinic is open six days a week
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday       2-8pm (last appointment at 7pm)
Tuesday                                                        10am – 5pm (last appointment at 4pm)
Friday                                                            10am-5pm (last appointment at 4pm)
Saturday                                                       10am – 2pm (last appointment at 1pm)

  • No health card or appointment required
  • Barrier free and accessible
  • Offered in a variety of languages including Tamil, Dari/Farsi and Hindi at specific times
  • Tuesdays 2-5 pm weekly walk in for youth with developmental disabilities, autism
  • Thursdays 5-8 pm East QREW LGBTQ youth support group
